Husky Brute Power Jack

Same as the other folks. It worked for while, but I'd like something more substantial feeling

I had the same problem as the other reviewer. First jack froze up and couldn't get it back down. I think the pin sheared off. They replaced the jack and now the new one has done the same thing. Now it is out of warranty. I may try a Bulldog, 5 year warranty.

I purchased this jack a few years ago and have had one major problem. It shears off the top of the screw gear. It happen to me the first time after using the jack about 10 times. The company did send me a replacement gear and this one lasted me about the same amount of time before it sheared off again. Even after being very careful of not to extend the jack to the min. and max. This time the company sent me a full replacement jack, let's hope they re-engineered the gear and it lasts a bit longer
